Skill fit
Work reviewed
The brief is read before anyone is suggested.
Availability checked
Closed or overloaded creators should not waste your time.
Fit before promotion
Partner status is disclosed, but fit comes first.
One brief
Budget, deadline, platform, and references stay in one place.
The problem
A commission should not begin with ten dead-end messages.
Outdated availability
Creators often look open until you ask. Then the schedule is closed, delayed, or unclear.
Repeated explanations
The same budget, platform, and reference notes get sent again and again.
Mismatched skills
A good portfolio does not always mean the person fits this category, deadline, or delivery format.
Harder bulk work
Several contractors, timelines, and deliverables are difficult to organize from scattered DMs.
Process
Start with the brief, then narrow the field.
01
Send the brief
Describe the work, budget, platform, references, and deadline once.
02
We review the fit
The request is compared against relevant skills, availability, delivery expectations, and reputation.
03
Choose who to contact
You receive suitable options and decide who you want to work with.
Roster
People currently open for review.
Public profiles only show active commissioners. Private contact information stays out of the roster.
The first RoComs roster is being reviewed.
You can still send a request. We will review it manually while the public roster is being prepared.
Standards
What we check before someone enters the roster.
Portfolio reviewed
We look for relevant work before a profile is marked as reviewed.
Availability provided
Creators share whether they are available, limited, busy, or closed.
Service range documented
Categories, platforms, pricing, and delivery expectations are visible.
Partner status disclosed
Partnered commissioners can be marked, but the request fit still leads.
Fee
One clear fee when a match becomes paid work.
A request is free to submit. RoComs tracks an 8% success fee when a completed commission comes from a RoComs match. Payment and escrow are not currently processed by RoComs.
